Robert Pollard has a Biography coming out

That's right. Robert Pollard has a biography coming out called Closer You Are,
written by a friend named Matthew Cutter. You can pre-order it now but it won't be coming out until August of next year which means Pollard will have released at least two more albums and probably started another band by then.

The Amazon description reads in part:

"Closer You Are is the authorized biography of Robert Pollard and Guided by Voices. Author Matthew Cutter is a longtime friend of Pollard and, with Pollard's blessing, Cutter has set out to tell the whole, true story of Guided by Voices."

I for one can not wait until next year to read it.
